We would like to express our gratitude and thanks for the exemplary service we received during the process of our recent house sale. From the point we met Anthony at our valuation, through to the end of the process with Charles and Emma, the team worked tirelessly and assisted us in getting our sale over the line. The process was fraught at times, as we were selling to a very inexperienced first time buyer, but Anthony and Emma were always at the end of the phone, to reassure us that matters were in hand and constantly chased progress. We would like to give our special thanks to Emma for her assistance with chasing up the final matters with our purchaser that could have jeopardised the whole process. I knew Proctors from the past and had no hesitation in consulting the Beckenham office regarding my recent sale and purchase. Chris, Ian and Cheryl were all extremely helpful and patient in seeing my transactions through to a satisfactory conclusion. They were always kind, professional and competent and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

We instructed Proctors after receiving a terrible level of Service from another firm. From the very first meeting it was clear that Proctors were head and shoulders above the local competition. We were selling my mother in laws property she is 87 and had recently lost her husband, hence the decision to sell and come and live with us. Proctors were incredibly professional and from Day 1 this was abundantly clear that they had excellent local market knowledge. An excellent sales pack was put together, and within 3 weeks we had accepted an offer which was just £10k below the asking price. The offer was accepted on 26/07/2024 and we completed on the 7/11/2024, in less than 9 weeks. Charles started the process, and we were assisted post acceptance of offer by Emma. I have purchased 7 properties all owner and occupied and I am aware how stressful and tense the process can be. Communication, expertise, operating under pressure, adding value, explaining the process and managing expectations are all key and Emma demonstrated all these skills superbly during what was a prompt sale. During the process there were two situations which needed to be adroitly managed and Emma was superb both times. Overall Proctors are the best Estate Agents I have ever used, Emma could not do enough for us, all other members of the team were brilliant, call always returned, emails answered, tough questions dealt with professionally. They even read the meters on completion day and collected our post. First class service I could not recommend the firm or the individuals more strongly. We are all massively grateful.

I can't praise the amazing service I received from Emma and her team enough. The sale of my property became increasingly difficult due to problems our buyer was experiencing and could have gone either way, Emma went above and beyond to deal with every situation as it arose. It was our pleasure in using Proctors for the sale of our property. From start to finish we found Charles and his team to be completely professional and informative at all times. The valuation was a considered process based on our requirements and market conditions. It was not an over Inflated figure plucked out of the air just to lure us in ! The marketing was conducted in-house and great care was taken with the write up as well as the photo’s (came back twice to maximise the weather !) We were fortunate to sell our property fairly quickly, and once sold this is where Charles and the team came into their own. They were in constant contact with us throughout, whilst also liaising with the buyers and solicitors. In what can be an extremely stressful process, we were glad to have used Proctors for their total professionalism. It’s just a shame that not all agents are the same !!!

A year ago tomorrow Proctors helped my 86 yr old mother sell her house and move to a retirement flat. Throughout the whole process Proctors supported her all the way. They went above and beyond to ensure she understood the process, everything that was happening and would take time to explain this. All staff are amazing , caring and professional. We got three companies to value the property and from the start it was clear to us that Charles seemed the most experienced and interested in helping us to sell the property. The property was on the market for a long time, mainly due to a challenging market and dramatic increases in interest rates, and Charles and the team kept in regular contact and offered great advice and guidance throughout the process.
