I bought my old house from Proctors with the help from Jason who went over and above so really i had no doubt I would go back for the subsequent sale. Trevor went over the process, gave some great advice and we left them to it. Both Carl/Trevor were relentless in their effort to sell our house, keeping us up to date with the progress. I would highly recommend the Petts Wood Team, with their many years of experience, you will be in good hands!

Just a quick email on my moving day to thank you and the team once again for dealing with the sale of my house and for taking the stress out of the whole process (well almost!) And, in particular, my thanks for going the extra mile in the final few days by sorting out a roofer for that last minute, unexpected repair job! Please also thank Carl once again for his unending patience and calm demeanour in answering all my queries, responding to my emails and managing the viewings over the past months. Everyone in the team at the Petts Wood office was so helpful and professional throughout the whole process of marketing and selling my property. Carl was my allocated agent, but everyone on the team was equally helpful whenever I phoned or emailed the office. Chris, Cheryl and Ian did a great job in selling my apartment in Lait House; started in May completion in September. All 3 of them knew what was going on all the time. I kept them informed of progress, Cheryl is very good keeping the communication flowing between seller and purchaser and their respective solicitors. We worked as a team.
