Charles & his team are wonderful, very professional & quite simply charming!

From my first meeting with Charles, ongoing contact with the whole team through to sale completion the service has been absolutely excellent. The team at West Wickham has not only helped with the smooth marketing, viewings and sale of a house but also helped me navigate the probate process, helped deal with utilities, contractors and wider legal considerations. Communication is spot on from a highly professional team.

Rarely want to review but Sue and Roy made the move happen regardless of a very difficult chain. Even guided my agents when necessary! I have already recommended them to friends and clients and although I never want to move again, would use Proctors if I had to. Well done that team!! L
